About the Role :
We are looking for an ambitious and result-driven B2B Sales Manager with proven experience in selling liquid detergents and cleaning solutions to institutions such as hospitals, theatres, schools, hotels, and other bulk buyers . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth in the institutional segment.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, target, and acquire bulk business opportunities in hospitals, theatres, schools, hotels, restaurants, and corporates.
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into long-term business contracts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and procurement heads.Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.Market Expansion & Strategy
Explore new B2B channels and institutional tie-ups to expand market share.Analyze competitors, pricing strategies, and customer needs to refine sales approach.Work closely with the marketing and product team to develop customized solutions.Reporting & Coordination
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular reports to management.Coordinate with operations / logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.Ensure collections and credit management from B2B customers.Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).3–6 years of proven B2B sales experience in home care / cleaning products, detergents, or FMCG institutional sales .Strong network and experience in dealing with hospitals, schools, theatres, hotels, corporates, and institutions .Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to travel for client meetings and business development.What We Offer :
