Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving business growth and sales targets. The Sales Manager will work closely to oversee the sales operations, develop strategies, and ensure that our products and services meet customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales performance in the B2C sector.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the sales team, working closely with the Team Leader to set and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Gate Automation and Smart Home services.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to ensure sales objectives are met.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and support to the sales team to enhance their performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new market opportunities and work with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive sales growth.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Maste'r / Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the B2C sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing market conditions.
