About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and sales-driven Cluster Manager to lead a group of Pilates studios and act as a regional extension of the Head of Operations. If you’re passionate about fitness, customer experience, and leading high-performing teams—this role is for you!
Responsibilities :
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own and drive revenue targets for multiple studios
- Improve lead conversion via structured follow-ups and coaching
- Support studios in achieving PT and package sales goals
- Monitor sales performance and take data-driven action
Studio-Level Execution
Ensure SOPs and brand experience are consistently followedWork closely with Studio Managers to boost conversion and retentionCoordinate with marketing for local activationsTeam Leadership & Support
Coach Studio Managers and front desk teams to meet KPIsImplement sales / service training and performance reviewsFoster a high-energy, performance-focused cultureCustomer Experience & Escalations
Handle member escalations effectively and empatheticallyEnsure premium service at every customer touchpointChannel feedback to central teams for improvementReporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Report studio metrics to Head of OperationsCollaborate with central Ops, Training & Marketing teamsMaintain data hygiene and accurate CRM inputsQualifications :
4–6 years of experience in sales & operations (fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail)Proven success in managing multi-location operations (6–7 outlets)Strong communication & leadership skillsPassionate about health, fitness, and delivering exceptional serviceWilling to travel frequently across regions
