Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Leadership : Lead West Zone sales operations across lawyers, corporates, law colleges, firms, legal departments & government agencies. Drive team & individual targets to ensure revenue growth.
- Sales Activities : Manage full sales cycle – prospecting, demos, negotiation & closure. Provide training / support to customers, handle queries & maintain long-term relationships.
- Team Management : Oversee & mentor Relationship Managers, track performance, provide direction & ensure skill development.
- Client Engagement : Conduct workshops in law colleges / institutions, engage clients across the region through visits & generate new business opportunities.
- Strategic Execution : Develop and execute regional sales strategies, work with cross-functional teams to enhance offerings.
- Brand Value : Maintain and grow Manupatra’s brand value by building strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring a consistent and positive brand presence across the region. Represent the organization at relevant events and forums to strengthen brand recognition and credibility in the legal and corporate sectors.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).8+ years of sales experience with at least 3 years in SaaS / Software / Online sales.Proven record in end-to-end sales & revenue generation.Experience in the legal sector preferred.Strong leadership, communication, negotiation & presentation skills.Go-getter attitude with excellent closing skills.Willingness to travel extensively within the West Zone
