Business Technology Solutions Manager -

As a Business Technology Solutions Manager at ZS, you will lead large-scale digital transformation programs for global clients, bridging business strategy and technology execution. You will partner closely with client stakeholders to design, deliver, and scale technology solutions that leverage modern cloud platforms, industry systems, and emerging AI capabilities. The role requires a unique blend of industry expertise, technical depth, and leadership acumen to drive measurable impact.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology programs spanning cloud migration, digital platform modernization, and data-driven solutioning.
• Shape client technology roadmaps — aligning business priorities with scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectures across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Translate industry-specific challenges (e.g., yield management in airlines, PMS / CRS integration in hospitality, POS / loyalty modernization in retail, risk / fraud analytics in financial services) into actionable solution blueprints.
• Guide technical design, oversee build and deployment, and ensure architecture integrity across development, integration, and DevOps streams.
• Collaborate with client leadership to identify and convert new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and present ZS's differentiated tech vision.
• Partner with ZS's innovation ecosystem to shape and deploy GenAI-driven use cases such as intelligent assistants, insight copilots, and automation accelerators.
• Build, coach, and grow cross-functional teams across global delivery hubs
• Actively contribute to ZS's internal asset development and knowledge frameworks by codifying best practices and creating reusable accelerators.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
