Job description

Responsibilities

• Expert in delivering projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) - ensures effective and efficient Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, Sprint Demos and sprint retrospectives keeping the overall business value at the core.
• Understands the technical dependencies and the functional value of the features and uses it for efficient sprint planning.
• Experience in supporting and enlightening the Product Owner and Business Analysts, especially with respect to refining and managing the product backlog.
• Exposed to Scrum of Scrums and work with other Scrum Masters within the other teams to achieve the program objectives.
• Facilitating discussion, decision making, conflict resolution and building a high performing team.
• Track and communicate the overall progress of the release to the stakeholders and collect the metrics (using Burndowns, JIRA dashboards etc.)
• Identify and control project risks by means of prevention, mitigation and contingencies.
• Knowledge of project estimation techniques such as WBS, FP, etc.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence.
• Strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to teach / mentor and learn from others.
• Knowledge of technology, third party products and their products.
• Experience of working with multi-cultural teams in a geographic ally diverse environment.
• Experience in Any cloud ( Azure, GCP, AWS ) - Mandate
