Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in recruitment / staffing (India market)
- Proven experience managing a high-performing recruitment delivery team
- Strong knowledge of recruitment lifecycle, sourcing channels, and market trends
- Hands-on experience with job portals, social sourcing, ATS / CRM tools
- Excellent communication, people management, and stakeholder handling skills
- Ability to multitask and manage delivery for multiple clients simultaneously
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to individually contribute when required
