Role Summary

As a Senior Application Developer (Delivery Excellence) , you will design, build, and configure applications to meet critical business and application requirements. This role demands subject matter expertise (SME) , leadership in technical decision-making, and active engagement with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high-quality solutions. You will play a pivotal role in driving delivery excellence, optimizing application performance, and guiding teams through complex development challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the SME for application development processes using ADM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead multiple project teams, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
• Provide solutions to complex technical and delivery challenges impacting multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to build organizational capabilities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to delivery excellence standards.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and continuous performance optimization.
