They are looking for a Sales Manager to lead enterprise sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales team in India.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Define and execute enterprise sales strategy aligned with revenue and growth goals.
- Develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) playbooks for mid- to large-enterprise accounts.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring target achievement.
- Establish sales processes, forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools.
Enterprise Sales & Business Development
Lead CXO-level engagement with decision-makers in key industries.Identify buying triggers such as customer support expansion, communication scaling, or cost-optimization needs.Collaborate with marketing on multi-channel outreach (Email, LinkedIn, Calls, ABM campaigns).Drive complex negotiations and enterprise deal closures.Team Building & Enablement
Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performance hunting team.Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and data-driven selling.Work closely with product and marketing teams to align market feedback and positioning.Candidate Profile
6–10 years of enterprise B2B sales experience (SaaS, BPO, or customer experience solutions preferred).Minimum 2 years in a leadership role, managing teams and large accounts.Strong understanding of long-cycle, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales.Existing CXO / VP-level connects in Edtech, Ecommerce, D2C, Travel, or allied industries.Proven ability to scale sales teams and achieve ambitious revenue goals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Show more
