Role : Sales Account Manager
Role Summary :
As a Client Relationship Manager / Sales manager, you will be responsible for building, nurturing, and expanding strategic relationships with key enterprise clients in India Market / GCC. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, enhancing client satisfaction, and positioning our organization as a trusted partner.
Location : Mumbai, Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Proactively identify and address client needs, anticipating future requirements.
- Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Sales and Revenue Growth : Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Negotiate complex deals, ensuring optimal pricing and contract terms.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Client Success : Ensure successful delivery of IT services and solutions, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Proactively manage and resolve client issues, minimizing risk and maximizing satisfaction.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess client needs and identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Required Qualifications :
Education : B.E. / B.Tech + MBA from top-B school.Experience : 5+ years of experience in IT sales or account management, with a proven track record of success in managing large enterprise accounts (domestic / GCC / captive).Technical Proficiency : Strong understanding of IT services, including application development, IT infrastructure, and cloud solutions.Sales Skills : Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a focus on consultative selling.Relationship Building : Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.Problem-Solving : Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of the IT industry and emerging trends.
