Job Description
We're looking for a seasoned, result-oriented Account Manager (Hunter / Closer) with strong experience in closing enterprise software deals. You'll work on qualified leads , manage stakeholder relationships, lead demos and proposals, and take the deal all the way to PO and commercial closure. You should bring pure sales and closing experience , including commercial negotiations, proposal presentation, and advance collection. This is a strategic role that will directly impact our revenue growth by bringing new logos into our client portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Engage with qualified leads (inbound, SDR-sourced, referrals) and drive them through the sales funnel.
- Conduct product demos and solution walkthroughs tailored to client context (DMS, SFA, Retail Tech).
- Create and present customized proposals, business cases, and commercial models.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across Sales Directors, CIOs, IT Heads, and Finance teams.
- Lead negotiations on commercials, terms, and deployment scope.
- Drive closures by ensuring smooth movement from proposal to Purchase Order and advance payment.
- Maintain pipeline, forecast accuracy, and CRM hygiene.
Skills
5-7 years of strong B2B sales experience, with clear closing exposure.Experience in Enterprise SaaS or platform sales—DMS, ERP, CRM, retail tech, or automation tools preferred.Demonstrated success in managing long-cycle, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.Strong in commercial structuring, proposal creation, and driving urgency towards closure.Comfortable with client-facing meetings, formal presentations, and follow-ups at senior levels.Fluent in English (verbal & written); strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.A role focused on closing, not prospecting—leads will be qualified & warmed.Please Fill Up the form to apply
