Job descriptionLotus notes / Domino applications, lotus script language, Javascript, Formula language 5+ years Experience in design and implementation of Lotus Notes / Domino applications. Good knowledge on knowledge on web and client-based application. Good Analysis skills to understand the tickets and solve them. Consulting and support services in for Lotus Notes / Domino. Be responsible for the successful offering ‘s deployment assigned. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with customers. Good to have formula language and JavaScript. L3 Support for Lotus Notes / Domino applications. Monitoring the ticket queue and ensure incident are acknowledge timely Ensure incidents, service requests and tickets are resolved timely and SLA, KPIs are meet Identify repetitive tasks, areas of automation & process improvement to reduce ticket volumes and deliver efficiency Liaison with key stakeholders both internal and external
