Job Description
The ISR will play a crucial role in supporting the Client Acquisition Team by monitoring daily sales data, coordinating backend sales operations, and ensuring consistent communication with clients. This position involves managing client records, assisting in proposal creation, coordinating webinars and marketing activities, and maintaining continuity in client engagement — acting as a key link between field sales, presales, and marketing teams.
- Monitor and track daily client data, leads, and opportunities generated by the Client Acquisition Associates.
- Ensure the sales pipeline is updated regularly and aligned with assigned monthly targets.
- Act as a backend sales coordinator, assisting the acquisition team in managing and nurturing client opportunities.
- Draft and send introductory and follow-up emails to prospective and existing clients on behalf of the acquisition team.
- Conduct follow-up calls to clients to ensure timely responses on proposals, meetings, or service requirements.
- Maintain structured communication records for each client interaction.
- Work closely with presales engineers to prepare and customize proposals, quotations, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) as per client needs.
- Ensure all proposals are formatted, accurate, and aligned with company standards before submission.
- Assist in maintaining document templates, presentation decks, and client data sheets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and presales teams to plan and execute webinars, promotional campaigns, and client engagement activities.
- Handle registration lists, invitation emails, reminder messages, and post-event follow-ups.
- Track participation metrics and generate activity reports for management review.
- Update and maintain CRM or Excel-based sales trackers with accurate lead, client, and opportunity information.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to present performance insights and progress toward targets.
- Highlight potential leads that need additional focus or intervention from the acquisition or presales team.
- Serve as a backup coordinator in the absence of the Client Acquisition Associate to ensure business continuity.
- Manage client communications, basic sales discussions, and opportunity follow-ups during such periods.
- Ensure smooth handover and updates when the acquisition associate resumes.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any graduate.Experience : 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or customer support roles (preferably in IT or technology solutions domain).Added Advantage : Exposure to B2B sales processes, proposal management, or webinar coordination.Requirements
