- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager Strategic Accounts to drive business growth by acquiring and managing key strategic accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, preferably within the facility management or related services industry, and a proven ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify, target, and secure new strategic accounts aligned with SMC's service portfolio (Soft, Hard, Specialized & Integrated FM Services).Develop and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level decision-makers across target sectors (e.g., Corporate Offices, IT / ITES, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.).Own and drive the end-to-end sales cycle - from prospecting, solution presentation, proposal development, to contract closure.Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Legal, and Technical) to design customized solutions for client needs.Build and execute strategic account plans with a long-term growth focus.Maintain a strong sales pipeline through CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.Conduct regular competitor analysis and market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities.Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.Key Requirements :
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Sales, or a related field.6-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in facility management, real estate services, oroutsourced service industries.
Proven track record in managing and closing large strategic deals (multi-location, multi-service line).Strong understanding of integrated facility management services and client pain points.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel as required for client engagement and site visits.(ref : iimjobs.com)
