Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Trainer (Quality Analyst) to enhance the performance and productivity of our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of sales techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others. You will play a key role in maintaining sales quality, conducting regular training, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate sales calls to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Conduct sales training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Identify performance gaps and create improvement plans accordingly.
• Motivate, mentor, and guide sales executives to achieve their targets.
• Provide constructive feedback and implement continuous quality improvements.
• Collaborate with management to refine sales processes, communication, and strategy.
• Maintain detailed reports on quality assessments and training outcomes.
