Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Trainer (Quality Analyst) to enhance the performance and productivity of our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of sales techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others. You will play a key role in maintaining sales quality, conducting regular training, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team. Key Responsibilities Monitor and evaluate sales calls to ensure adherence to company standards. Conduct sales training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions. Identify performance gaps and create improvement plans accordingly. Motivate, mentor, and guide sales executives to achieve their targets. Provide constructive feedback and implement continuous quality improvements. Collaborate with management to refine sales processes, communication, and strategy. Maintain detailed reports on quality assessments and training outcomes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Trainer, Quality Analyst, or similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong understanding of sales processes, customer engagement, and objection handling. Proven ability to inspire, coach, and uplift sales professionals. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
