Business Valuations Manager

Qualifications :

• Should be a certified Chartered Accountant (ACA) OR Bachelors / Masters Degree in Accounting or Finance or Business or Economics
• Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) and / or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designations are preferred
• At least 6 years of experience with a recognized organization(s) performing valuations of closely-held companies, equity / debt, intellectual property, and other intangibles, etc.
• Previous experience of financial statement analysis is required. Understanding of USGAAP is preferred
• Should have experience of conducting market research for one or more industries. Preferably understanding of US market.
• Outstanding client service skills - excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
• Creative problem solving, critical thinking and research skills
• Able to handle multiple priorities, tasks and simultaneous projects
• Proficient with Microsoft Office. Preferred knowledge of using analytical and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Monte Carlo simulation software and CapitalIQ.
• Ability to travel as needed.
