Marketing Coordinator (Urgent)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead event planning, vendor management, and on-ground execution at Transasia Biomedicals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing end-to-end events, strong vendor coordination skills, and the ability to deliver seamless execution without over-reliance on third-party agencies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery.
• Oversee logistics, stage management, sound, lights, décor, and all on-ground execution aspects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, budgets, and timelines for every event.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and leadership teams for approvals and smooth execution.
• Troubleshoot and handle last-minute changes with agility and professionalism.
• Maintain post-event reports, vendor evaluations, and process improvements for future events.
