Position Summary :
The Marketing Manager – Urology will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive growth, brand awareness, and market share for the assigned product portfolio. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including sales, R&D, regulatory, and clinical affairs, to ensure successful product positioning, demand generation, and lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Marketing :
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans for assigned product lines (Urology Consumer ( Catheter, sheth, stent, stone basket), Capital equipment ( Leaser machine holmium ) aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct thorough market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitor benchmarking.
- Identify new market opportunities and recommend product development or portfolio expansion strategies.
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to adapt and localize strategies for regional relevance.
Product Management & Launch :
Drive product launch readiness – including go-to-market strategy, KOL engagement, sales training, and launch kits.Define product positioning, messaging, and unique selling propositions (USP) based on clinical value.Monitor product performance and manage lifecycle strategies to maximize ROI.Brand & Promotional Campaigns :
Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns including digital, print, on-ground activations, webinars, and trade shows.Develop product brochures, case studies, videos, clinical presentations, and promotional content.Partner with creative agencies and digital platforms to enhance brand visibility.Clinical & Market Engagement :
Organize clinical workshops, CMEs, panel discussions, and surgeon-led programs to enhance product adoption.Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and build strong relationships with clinical influencers.Support sales team with training, product demos, and objection-handling tools.Analytics & Reporting :
Track marketing KPIs including leads, conversions, campaign ROI, and customer feedback.Conduct post-launch and campaign evaluations to refine future strategies.Provide monthly performance updates to senior leadership.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or similar field.MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management preferred.6–12 years of experience in medical device marketing, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.Proven experience in launching and scaling medical device products across varied geographies.Familiarity with clinical workflows and decision-making in hospitals and diagnostic centers.Travel Requirements :
Willingness to travel 30–40% for conferences, KOL meetings, field visits, and regional campaigns.
