Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist in product research, send client communications, track leads, and manage samples & quotations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, phone, and email
• Create and share product suggestions based on client briefs
• Research products & vendors online
• Track follow-ups, responses & inquiries
• Prepare and dispatch quotations using internal format
• Maintain sample log and campaign record sheets
• Occasionally coordinate with the Operations team to ensure updates
