Job Title : Junior Human Resource Executive

Location : Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of new employees.

Maintain employee records and HR databases.

Support payroll processing and attendance management.

Assist in handling employee grievances and resolving workplace issues.

Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Assist in performance appraisal and training coordination.

Handle administrative tasks related to HR operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

MBA / PGDM in HR or a relevant degree.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and recruitment processes.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
