Job Description :
- Oversee the complete employee life cycle for contract employees.
- Communicate and ensure compliance with organizational policies and processes.
- Develop and implement hiring plans in coordination with relevant teams.
- Provide HR operational support, including documentation, HR interviews, vendor coordination, and grievance handling.
- Generate and analyze MIS reports, including attrition data and exit interview insights; prepare and publish HR dashboards.
- Utilize HRIS systems and MS Office tools, particularly Excel, for reporting and data analysis.
- Perform monthly payroll of all contract staff and ensure reconciliation of PF / ESIC compliance with all contractors.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently.
