Role Overview :

As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities for our recruitment services in India and US markets. You’ll work closely with our sales team to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities :

• Research and build a strong database of potential clients (startups, SMBs, enterprises) in India and the US.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other lead-gen tools for targeted outreach.
• Generate and qualify leads through email campaigns, cold calling, and social media engagement.
• Build relationships with decision-makers (Founders, HR Leaders, Hiring Managers) to set up qualified meetings.
• Maintain CRM records and track lead generation KPIs.
• Collaborate with the sales team / senior management to design lead generation strategies for recruitment services.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in both India and US recruitment markets.
