Role Overview :

As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities for our recruitment services in

India and US markets . You’ll work closely with our sales team to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities :

• Research and build a strong database of potential clients (startups, SMBs, enterprises) in India and the US.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other lead-gen tools for targeted outreach.
• Generate and qualify leads through email campaigns, cold calling, and social media engagement.
• Build relationships with decision-makers (Founders, HR Leaders, Hiring Managers) to set up qualified meetings.
• Maintain CRM records and track lead generation KPIs.
• Collaborate with the sales team / senior management to design lead generation strategies for recruitment services.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in both India and US recruitment markets.

Who We’re Looking For :

4+ years of experience

in B2B lead generation, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.

India and US markets

and time zone flexibility to work with US prospects.
