Role Overview
We are hiring
Appointment Generation Executives / Lead Generation Specialists
with proven experience in
USA calling and international lead generation . The ideal candidate is fluent in English, confident on calls, and capable of booking qualified appointments with senior executives (CXOs).
Key Responsibilities
Make
outbound calls to prospects in the USA market
(IT services, SaaS, consulting firms).
Build and nurture prospect lists through
cold calls, email follow-ups, and LinkedIn outreach .
Understand client pain points and position MillionCXO’s solutions effectively.
Secure appointments / meetings with senior decision-makers
(Directors, VPs, CXOs).
Update lead details, call notes, and appointment status accurately in CRM tools.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads.
Consistently achieve and exceed weekly / monthly appointment targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years
of experience in
B2B lead generation / appointment setting / inside sales .
Mandatory : Prior experience in
calling the USA market / international process .
Excellent English communication skills
(spoken and written) with neutral or US accent.
Strong objection handling, negotiation, and rapport-building skills.
Familiarity with
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar CRMs
is a plus.
Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Comfortable working in
night shifts aligned to US timings .
