Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Food and Beverage Manager. The role includes managing day-to-day operations of the food and beverage services, ensuring excellent customer service, overseeing and training staff, developing budgets, and ensuring that the food and beverage services meet quality standards. The manager will also collaborate with other departments to drive revenue growth and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in staff Training and development
• Knowledge of Budgeting and financial management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
