Location : Infinitea Sports Club & Tea Garden Resort, Palampur

Salary : ₹35,000 – ₹42,000 CTC + Housing + Incentives

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead and oversee F&B operations across our two flagship properties — Infinitea Sports Club and Tea Garden Resort, Palampur.

The ideal candidate will bring passion for hospitality, strong leadership, and a proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences across restaurant, bar, banquets, and service teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations across both properties
• Ensure high standards of service, quality, and hygiene
• Develop and implement innovative food and beverage concepts
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and inventory
• Lead, train, and motivate service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Coordinate with kitchen and event teams for smooth operations
• Handle guest feedback and maintain a strong brand image
