Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) with expertise in Domestic & IT Staffing, Client Acquisition, and Team Management . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT hiring requirements and the ability to align client needs with staffing solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development through domestic staffing & IT client acquisition .
• Understand IT skill sets (e.G., Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, SAP, etc.) and align them with client needs.
• Manage end-to-end client engagement – requirement gathering, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
• Handle C2C (Corp-to-Corp) and Full-Time staffing requirements .
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term success.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters / business executives to achieve business goals.
• Prepare business plans, strategies, and presentations to acquire new clients.
• Consistently achieve sales and revenue targets.
