Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with 4–6 years of experience in enterprise IT sales, specializing in ERP service offerings (Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft). The ideal candidate will have a hunter mindset, strong network acumen, and proven success in selling to Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India. This role requires building executive-level relationships, driving new business opportunities, and contributing to the company’s growth strategy in the GCC segment.
Must Have Skills (Mandatory)
- 4–6 years of experience in enterprise IT sales / business development, with focus on ERP (Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP) services.
- Proven track record of selling to / partnering with GCCs in India.
- Strong understanding of GCC market structure, decision-making processes, and growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated hunter mindset with ability to build a robust sales pipeline.
Good-to-have Skills (Optional)
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Business / IT.Familiarity with managed and professional services sales models.Experience in delivering customer and market insights to leadership.Awareness of competitive landscape and GCC expansion trends.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).4–6 years of enterprise IT sales / business development experience, specifically with GCC accounts in India.
