Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Conduct and manage employee onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of company HR policies .
- Foster positive employee relations and handle any employee queries or grievances professionally.
- Ensure company practices remain in compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Maintain and manage the company's HRMS (Human Resource Management System) .
Skills Required
