Job Title : Staffing Sales Head

Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Staffing Sales Head to lead sales, client acquisition, and account expansion across India, US, and GCC regions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of staffing solutions, a strong client network, and a proven track record of driving revenue through strategic client partnerships and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Account Management
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Drive retention and repeat business by delivering consistent value and engagement.
New Client Acquisition (NN – India, US, GCC)
Design and execute a go-to-market plan to win new logos in targeted geographies.Identify decision-makers, pitch staffing services, and onboard new clients.Requirement Fulfillment
Understand client staffing needs and ensure smooth handoff to the delivery / recruitment team.Track and ensure timely closure of open positions with high-quality candidates.Revenue & Growth Ownership
Own sales targets and revenue KPIs across regions.Increase wallet share within strategic accounts through consultative selling.Market Intelligence
Monitor industry trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.Advise clients on workforce trends, hiring challenges, and market dynamics.Account Management Leadership (EE & EN)
Lead and guide Account Managers to grow engagement in existing and new accounts.Ensure strong client relationships, proactive issue resolution, and consistent delivery.Key Account Mining
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across service lines (contract, permanent, project-based staffing).Strengthen positioning within large strategic accounts.Commercials & Contract Management
Oversee pricing models, margin structures, and contract negotiations.Ensure profitability while maintaining competitiveness and value for clients.Sales Pipeline & Forecasting
Build and manage a robust pipeline across new and existing business.Deliver accurate revenue forecasts and sales insights to leadership.Collaboration & Reporting
Collaborate with delivery, operations, and finance teams for smooth execution.Share timely MIS reports, dashboards, and business updates with stakeholders.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.8–12 years of experience in staffing / recruitment sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of domestic (India) and international (US / GCC) staffing markets.Demonstrated success in enterprise sales, account farming, and client acquisition.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.Key Competencies :
