Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected sales leader to head Ultra-Luxury Real Estate Sales across Bangalore and Delhi. The role demands strong UHNI / HNI relationship management, proven sales expertise in the luxury space, and the ability to drive revenue growth for marquee projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales strategy and execution for ultra-luxury real estate projects.
- Build, nurture, and leverage strong networks with UHNIs, CXOs, NRIs, and global investors.
- Drive business development through private client networks, wealth managers, family offices, and luxury ecosystem partnerships.
- Achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring customer experience of the highest standards.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing luxury sales team.
- Represent the organization at premium events, forums, and international roadshows.
- Collaborate with marketing to design bespoke campaigns for UHNIs.
Candidate Profile
15–22 years of experience in luxury sales, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.Strong background in real estate, luxury lifestyle, private banking, or wealth management .Deep and active UHNI / HNI sales network in Bangalore / Delhi.Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.Proven track record of achieving high-value sales closures.Diversity candidates strongly encouraged to apply.What We Offer
