Position : Head of Luxury Sales

Location : Bangalore / Delhi

Industry : Real Estate – Ultra Luxury / UHNI Segment

CTC : Up to ₹1.5 Cr

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected sales leader to head Ultra-Luxury Real Estate Sales across Bangalore and Delhi. The role demands strong UHNI / HNI relationship management, proven sales expertise in the luxury space, and the ability to drive revenue growth for marquee projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales strategy and execution for ultra-luxury real estate projects.
  • Build, nurture, and leverage strong networks with UHNIs, CXOs, NRIs, and global investors.
  • Drive business development through private client networks, wealth managers, family offices, and luxury ecosystem partnerships.
  • Achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring customer experience of the highest standards.
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing luxury sales team.
  • Represent the organization at premium events, forums, and international roadshows.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design bespoke campaigns for UHNIs.

Candidate Profile

  • 15–22 years of experience in luxury sales, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in real estate, luxury lifestyle, private banking, or wealth management .
  • Deep and active UHNI / HNI sales network in Bangalore / Delhi.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving high-value sales closures.
