- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth through permanent staffing, recruitment, and leadership hiring services.
- Build strong relationships with clients across various industries to identify their talent acquisition needs and provide tailored solutions.
- The role reports to the Director / MD
- This role is based at Delhi / Bangalore
- This is a high-impact Contributor role for the company with a owning a complete region.
- Role is to focus on Search & Selection- Lateral Hiring / Project Recruitment / / RPO / C Level / Leadership role, Market research, Market Mapping and Retainer searches and HR consulting assignments .
- Industry / Sector Focus : Fintech / IT / Education / E-comm / BFSI / New Edge technologies / Emerging sectors / Manufacturing / Engineering etc.
Preferred candidate profile
10+ years of experience in Executive search / permanent staffing industry with expertise in Business Development & leadership recruitment.Proven track record of achieving target achievements in CXO hiring, permanent staffing, profit center management, revenue generation.Having Strong connects with HR Heads, TA Heads, Functional Heads, and C-Suite is a MUSTExperience : 10 + years experience in BD / Leadership Hiring an MBA degree or Equivalent.Excellent Communication Skills.Stability of the candidate would be an extra advantage.Skills Required
