2. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
3. Collaborate with business heads and hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
4. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical roles.
5. Ensure timely closures of open positions and maintain hiring SLAs.
6. Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and MIS reports.
7. Ensure compliance with hiring processes and company policies.
8. Enhance the candidate experience through effective communication and engagement throughout the hiring journey.
