Indrajaal is seeking an experienced HR professional to help scale our HR operations and culture engine. This role blends operational leadership, employee experience design, and culture stewardship across the organization.

You will oversee core HR services : onboarding, policy guidance, performance management, and lifecycle support. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory frameworks.

Champion a values-driven culture rooted in autonomy, agility, and integrity. Lead employee engagement, retention, and L&D initiatives that drive morale and career growth. Act as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.

Standardize workflows and drive automation to reduce manual effort and improve speed and accuracy. Use operational metrics, feedback loops, and service data to continuously improve delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with 8-15 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or People Experience roles. A proven success in building scalable HR systems in fast-paced, high-growth environments is required.

The ideal candidate will have presence of mind, ownership orientation, startup fluency, tech fluency, and culture sensitivity. If you have a strong ability to lead with clarity, build with intent, and grow with velocity, we would love to hear from you.
