Job descriptionManage the entire recruitment cycle — from understanding job requirements to onboarding candidates.Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking.Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and evaluate candidates’ skills and fitment.Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.Partner with business stakeholders and delivery managers to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining a strong focus on quality of hire.Drive volume, niche, and leadership hiring as per business needs.Manage and collaborate with vendor partners, job portals, and recruitment agencies for sourcing.Implement innovative sourcing strategies including LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and campus drives.Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.Prepare and present weekly / monthly recruitment dashboards and hiring status reports to management.Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, labor laws, and client SLAs.Drive continuous improvement in TA processes, tools, and technology adoption (ATS / HRMS).Oversee offer management, candidate engagement, and onboarding coordination.Build and maintain strong employer branding initiatives to attract top IT talent.
