Seeking a Talented Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced US Recruiter with expertise in civil engineering or architecture to join our team. This role involves sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and overseeing the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities :

Sourcing and identifying top talent for engineering / architecture roles
Candidate screening, interview coordination, and assessment
Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure successful recruitment outcomes

Requirements :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field

Proven experience in US recruitment, preferably in engineering / architecture roles

Exceptional knowledge of civil engineering / architectural job roles, skills, and terminology
