We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in real estate hiring . The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, ensuring the right talent is hired to meet business needs within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management).
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real estate and infrastructure professionals.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, and agencies).
- Ensure best candidate experience throughout the process.
- Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closures of open positions.
- Drive employer branding initiatives within the real estate sector.
Requirements :
Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.3–6 years of experience in real estate recruitment (developers, construction, infrastructure, warehousing, or industrial real estate).Strong stakeholder management and networking skills.Proven track record of closing mid to senior-level mandates in real estate.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
