Role : Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location : Mumbai (Goregaon)
About the Role : This will be a critical role providing extensive Recruiting solutions and strategy to assigned division / department of the firm.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own full recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and offer process.
- Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing channels.
- Collaborate with teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into a
- positive candidate and interviewer experience.
- Maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed.
- Build processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come.
- Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
What We Look for In You
5-8 yrs years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally from product org / Start ups or high-growth tech environment.MBA / Post Graduate degree is mandatoryExperience working with Sales teams and hiring for Sales roles, including but not limited to Strategic, Presales, Business Development, Business Strategy & Marketing roleExperience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans.Passion and understanding of technology as well as digital currency.Excellent verbal and communication skills.Have research experience and Proven track record of successfully delivering against goals within the given deadlinesStrong Talent Sourcing experience across geographiesStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to be flexible and learn quickly in a fast-paced environmentDesired Candidate Profile
