Key Responsibilities

Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and effective utilization of a company's CRM system, including data management and segmentation.
Data Analysis & Strategy :
Analyze customer data to identify trends, understand customer needs, and develop strategies for customer engagement, marketing campaigns, and loyalty programs.
Customer Service :
Resolve customer complaints, provide product information, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the entire customer journey.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure an integrated and effective customer experience.
Reporting & Analysis :
Conduct business reviews, analyze key performance indicators, and prepare reports to management on customer satisfaction and CRM effectiveness.
Competitor Analysis :
Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities and inform strategies for market competitiveness.
