Role Overview
We're looking for a dynamic and client-focused CRM Executive to join our team. The role involves managing client relationships from the initial inquiry to property registration, ensuring seamless communication and an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the property purchase process.
- Manage and document all deal details, contracts, and cost sheets in SFDC.
- Explain payment plans, milestones, and calculations to customers clearly.
- Follow up with clients for timely payments and provide reminders where necessary.
- Collaborate with the closing team to ensure smooth deal finalization.
- Provide prompt support to client queries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance throughout the process.
What We're Looking For
1–4 years of experience in CRM, client servicing, or customer relationship management (preferably in real estate).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasing personality.Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.Familiarity with CRM tools (SFDC experience is an added advantage).Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Why Join Us
