📍 Locations : Mumbai (Khargar)

💼 Experience : 1–3 Years into BTL / ATL Marketing in Ed-Tech Industry

🎯 Offline Coaching Marketing Experience required

💼 Primary Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering measurable results.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis, identify trends, and contribute to the development of marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and drive business growth.

📝 Secondary Responsibilities :

  • Visiting schools and local tuition teachers
  • Lead Generation
  • Canopy activities
  • Leaflet distribution (Outside Schools / Coaching / Markets / Offices) & data collection
  • RWA activities – Meet authorized persons & schedule senior meetings
  • Data collection & upload in system
  • Meeting with School Admin / Principal :
  • Visit local schools to meet school coordinators / principals and book appointments for senior meetings
  • Meet & greet during annual functions, pre-exam visits, birthdays & anniversaries
  • Build collaboration with local tuition teachers and coaching center owners
