Senior Delivery Manager - Operations - Coding

We're looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to objectively manage the service delivery operations of our Coding function . This role actively supports Business Unit leadership for continuous development towards excellence. The ideal candidate will have extensive relevant experience and a proven track record of successfully leading large teams of coders, consistently surpassing customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and manage service delivery according to client SLAs .
• Create and maintain process documentation , updating it promptly.
• Manage operations through end-to-end planning, process document review , and root cause analysis .
• Assist with new team member training and ensure consistent growth and development.
• Review overall staff performance and ensure that all targets for controlling attrition and shrinkage are met.
• Prepare and maintain management / operational reports and monitor process KPI and dashboard metrics .
