Service Delivery Manager / Scrum Master

Your Role
As a Service Delivery Manager / Scrum Master, you will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, budgets, stakeholder alignment, and delivery milestones. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage risks, and ensure successful coordination across engineering, IT, operations, and business units. Your understanding of maritime systems and digital platforms will be key to driving delivery excellence.
In this role, you will :
Define and manage delivery timelines, budgets, and success metrics
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Scrumban practices
Align cross-functional teams across engineering, IT, operations, and business units
Manage stakeholder communication and ensure transparency across all levels
Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring adherence to delivery milestones
Oversee vendor and partner coordination to ensure timely and quality outcomes
Support Agile transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
Apply domain knowledge in maritime systems, cloud platforms, and data systems
Your Profile
10–12 years of experience in service delivery, project management, or Scrum Master roles
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrumban
Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation, budgeting, and resource allocation
Familiarity with digital twins, cloud platforms, and enterprise data systems
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Experience in vendor and partner coordination
Domain knowledge in maritime systems is a strong advantage
