Support Analyst - Shared Services and Production Management, Information Technology

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Manage and support the ITRS Genos environment with hands-on changes, designs and implementation of solutions provided by core team.
• Coordinate with onshore / offshore resources to respond, diagnose and resolve day-to-day System / User issues specifically related to missing / erroneous monitoring, visibility issues with platforms, network latency, access / control management, ITRS Monitoring, and ELK / Grafana dashboards.
• Document standards, processes and procedures relating to best practices, issues, and resolutions.
• Actively participates in Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity planning and testing. Activities to include actual live fail over and failback exercises.
• Come up with innovative ideas to improve / automate existing process within the team, feedback into Core team for development and enhancements that will add value.
• Work with Front / Middle / Back / Infrastructure teams to understand their applications and platforms, and in turn provide monitoring options available to them through various SRE monitoring solutions within the firm.
• Work with non-technical users to understand the manual human-interactive processes being used, and use Robotic Process Automation solutions to deliver value for the firm.
• Explore cutting-edge tools, automated alerts, and build dashboards that give real-time insights — all while collaborating with teams across the firm to make their platforms more reliable and resilient.
