Troubleshooting of general networking issues.
Handling remote desktop connection thorough VNC anydesk ammyy admin TeamViewer etc.
Installation of Active directory tool and work on it.
Replacing faulty motherboards SMPS RAM HDD CD-ROM etc...
Required Skills :
Infrastructure Management : Manage and support desktop and server environments including Windows Linux and other operating systems. Ensure the reliability and stability of servers desktops and network systems. Perform regular updates patches and security enhancements on all systems. Backup and Recovery : Design implement and manage backup and recovery solutions using Commvault. Monitor backup operations and ensure the integrity of data backups. Perform regular testing of backup and disaster recovery processes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to backup failures data corruption and system downtime. Audited Environment Compliance : Work within regulatory frameworks relevant to the pharmaceutical industry ensuring all systems and processes are compliant with industry standards. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation to support audit requirements including system configurations processes and backup procedures. Participate in internal and external audits providing necessary documentation and technical explanations. Technical Support : Provide advanced technical support for desktop and server-related issues. Assist in resolving complex technical issues escalated by junior engineers or the helpdesk team. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems. Participate in IT infrastructure projects including system upgrades migrations and new implementations. Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to desktop server management and backup solutions. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system performance security and efficiency.
