Responsibilities :
Responsible to drive sales for acute portfolio in entire south region and create healthy relationships with the customers.
Generate & Achieve Sales Turnover according to set objectives
Focus on existing accounts and visit other customers with an aim of acquiring new customers
Planning and Reporting Activities
o Analyze and monitor sales and s ales data
o Design territory business plan
Customer related Activities
o Implement territory business plan
o Retain and develop current customers
Plan activities according to sales data insights
o Acquire new customers and develop customers
Segmentation
o Deliver differentiated marketing messages
Organize or support educational / Training events
Build and maintain a sustainable network . Establishes develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned region to generate new business for acute products.
Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
Develops clear and effective written proposals / quotations for current and prospective customers.
Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints. Market Intelligence (communicate competitive activities and customer needs to supervisor)
Handle complaints according to guidelines given .
Collect information from customers peers competitors and put it into an intelligent structure (direct or indirect)
