Main Responsibilities :

• . To execute sales strategies as defined by the Regional Marketing Managers / Director - Hospital Supply Chain.
• . To develop key opinion leaders for advocacy & recommendation of BD products.
• . To ensure regular customer visits as per norms / requirements.
• . To attend surgeries / procedures as per requirement.
• . To identify tender / rate contract opportunities and follow up for the same.
• . To prepare Action Plans for each hospital based on feedback from customers and market intelligence.
• . To coordinate with distributors / sales representatives of other companies to implement fair practices.
• . To conduct meetings / presentations to customers and HODs.
• . To obtain feedback from customers on competitor's product.
• . To provide feedback to marketing on new product ideas / modifications / changes in existing products.
• . To ensure timely submission of reports / claim forms to sales office and prompt follow up on the same.

Job Qualifications :

Experience - 2-3 years of experience in Medical Devices / Healthcare. Knowledge of Distribution channel preferred.

Qualification - Graduate or post graduate in Science / Commerce or equivalent
