Job Description
Job Title - Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant
Experience - 8 – 15 Years
Location - PAN India
Notice - Immediate to 15 days
Requirements : -
The candidate will have hands-on configuration and implementation experience of Oracle HCM configurations for Global Payroll.
Skills : -
- Minimum 8-15 years of experience in HR systems like PeopleSoft and Oracle HCM with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Extensive knowledge of HRIS platforms, including systems related to employee systems of record, benefits, payroll, compensation, organizational development
- Oracle HCM implementation experience, preferably large scale implementations with a focus on configurations
- At least 3 years' experience in Oracle Fusion HCM configuration for Payroll - at least 1 full life cycle project delivery experience (hands-on)
- Payroll Fast Formula knowledge is a MUST
- Knowledge of Payroll UK legislation and Compensation will be an added advantage
- Knowledge on Creating Payroll Elements, Eligibility Profiles
- Knowledge of Fusion technical areas like DFF, EFF, OTBI, BIP, HCM Extracts, Data loader
- Hands on experience in BI reporting Area as Primary Skill and Understanding about Zellis HCM application
- The candidate is expected to have 6 – 8 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle. S / he must have been a part of at least 3 end-to-end HCM implementations.
- The candidate must have expertise on CORE HR modules.
