Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM modules, with a focus on Benefits and Payroll. The role requires strong technical and functional expertise in Oracle HCM, along with excellent problem-solving and client management skills to deliver effective HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :
- Configure, implement, and support Oracle HCM modules, specifically Benefits and Payroll.
- Gather business requirements, conduct system analysis, and design effective HCM solutions.
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Perform end-to-end testing, validation, and troubleshooting of HCM functionalities.
- Provide post-implementation support, enhancements, and issue resolution.
- Drive system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes as per business needs.
- Prepare and maintain system documentation, functional specifications, and user manuals.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure system adoption.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements within HCM processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and take ownership of project deliverables.
Required Skillsets :
Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM with hands-on experience in Benefits and Payroll modules.Strong knowledge of HR business processes and payroll operations.Proficiency in system configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.Skilled in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions on time.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience in client interaction, stakeholder management, and project ownership.Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.(ref : hirist.tech)
