Job Title : Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant

Location : Pune | Mumbai | Hyderabad | Bangalore | Chennai | Kolkata | Gurugram

Employment Type : Full-time | Hybrid (2-3 Days WFO)

Experience Required : 5-10 years (with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM)

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM modules, with a focus on Benefits and Payroll. The role requires strong technical and functional expertise in Oracle HCM, along with excellent problem-solving and client management skills to deliver effective HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

  • Configure, implement, and support Oracle HCM modules, specifically Benefits and Payroll.
  • Gather business requirements, conduct system analysis, and design effective HCM solutions.
  • Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Perform end-to-end testing, validation, and troubleshooting of HCM functionalities.
  • Provide post-implementation support, enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • Drive system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes as per business needs.
  • Prepare and maintain system documentation, functional specifications, and user manuals.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure system adoption.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements within HCM processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and take ownership of project deliverables.

Required Skillsets :

  • Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM with hands-on experience in Benefits and Payroll modules.
  • Strong knowledge of HR business processes and payroll operations.
  • Proficiency in system configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Skilled in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in client interaction, stakeholder management, and project ownership.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
